1. Online Store Terms

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or otherwise able to enter into a contract.
  • You may not use our store or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or to violate any law in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree not to transmit any harmful code, such as viruses, worms, or malware, that could interfere with our website or services.

2. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
  • We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • We reserve the right to restrict sales to certain persons or geographic regions.
  • All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice.
  • The images and colours displayed on your monitor may differ from the actual product. While we do our best to represent vintage items accurately, some variation is unavoidable.

3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

  • We do not guarantee that the information on this site (product descriptions, images, availability, sizes, colours) is accurate, complete or current.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if needed — even after you submit your order.
  • It is your responsibility to check the website periodically; continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.

4. Products & Services — Additional Conditions

As a vintage/second-hand store:

  • All products are pre-loved. Items may show signs of wear, minor imperfections, or natural ageing. These are intrinsic to vintage items and are disclosed in photos and descriptions.
  • We cannot guarantee “like-new” condition. The buyer acknowledges and accepts the specific nature and uniqueness of each item.
  • Quantities are limited — some items are one-of-a-kind and once sold, may not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Billing & Payment Information

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and payment information for all purchases.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the billing information is invalid or fraudulent.
  • In the event of a cancellation or order modification, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Detailed in your policy, but with the following additional clarifications:

  • We ship worldwide, except to the countries/regions excluded (e.g., Russia, Ukraine, parts of Africa, certain remote zones). We may further restrict regions at our discretion.
  • Orders are dispatched within up to 2 working days following payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates — actual delivery depends on carrier performance, customs clearance, and destination country. We have no control over transit or customs delays. Estimated delivery times:Europe: 5–16 working days; United Kingdom: 7–13 working days; Worldwide: 15–30 working days.
  • All parcels are shipped via Lithuania Post with included tracking.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country.
  • In the event of lost parcels: If we obtain official proof of loss from the carrier, we will cover the case (refund or replacement, where feasible).

7. Returns & Refunds Policy

As per your policy, plus:

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Buyer pays for return shipping. We strongly advise using tracked or insured shipping for returns.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in the same condition as delivered, and with original tags attached (if present).
  • Because all products are unique vintage items, we reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that show new wear, damage, smells, or alterations.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear.
  • Refund amounts will reflect the original purchase price (including VAT).

8. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (including photographs, product descriptions, text, logos, branding) is owned by EKVINTA.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any portion of the site content without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • The services, products, and any content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement).
  • We do not guarantee that use of the website will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law, EKVINTA (and our staff, agents, affiliates) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the site, purchase of products, or inability to use the site — including lost profits, lost data, delays, or lost packages.
  • Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EKVINTA and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any other policies published on our site (e.g., Returns Policy, Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the website and our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts, insofar as permitted by applicable consumer-protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
