Terms & Conditions
Read the terms that apply to purchases, delivery and returns at EKVINTA.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to purchases from EKVINTA at ekvinta.com. EKVINTA is operated by Edvinas Šmitas, a sole proprietor in Lithuania. These terms do not limit rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
1. Products and orders
We sell vintage and second-hand clothing and related items. Each item’s description and photographs are part of the information you should review before buying. Pre-existing wear or defects that are clearly disclosed in a listing form part of that item’s stated condition. If an item differs from its description or has an undisclosed fault, your statutory rights still apply.
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment options are shown during checkout before you place an order. We confirm an order by email. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item.
2. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed through the provider selected at checkout, including PayPal or WooPayments options such as Klarna where offered. Delivery destinations, charges and estimates are shown during checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
3. Your legal right to withdraw
If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract without giving a reason. Use the online withdrawal form or email returns@ekvinta.com with your name and order details. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing.
You pay the direct cost of returning goods when this was disclosed before purchase. We refund the price paid and the original standard delivery charge; additional cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded. We make the refund within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them. A consumer may be responsible for any reduced value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item as in a shop. Statutory exceptions to withdrawal apply where the law provides them.
4. Our additional 30-day return period
EKVINTA also offers a 30-day return period for a change of mind. Use the return form or contact returns@ekvinta.com within 30 days of receiving the item to start a return. For this additional return option, the item should be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered. Return postage is normally paid by the buyer. This extra option does not reduce the 14-day legal withdrawal right or your rights when goods are faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds page for practical instructions.
5. Faulty or incorrectly described goods
Consumer goods, including second-hand goods sold by a trader, are covered by the applicable legal guarantee. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, contact returns@ekvinta.com. The remedies provided by law may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.
6. Website and personal data
We try to keep product and website information accurate. If we discover a material mistake affecting an order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
7. Applicable law and contact
Lithuanian law applies, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection available to you in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
