All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. To qualify for a refund, they must be:

At Ekvinta, we want you to feel confident when shopping for second-hand and vintage clothing. We understand that buying pre-loved pieces online can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all purchases. You may return any item for a refund as long as it arrives back at our address within 30 days of the date you received your order. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a fee to send the goods back to you.

All returns should be sent to the following address: Edvinas Šmitas, Statybininkų g. 33-42, Alytaus m., Alytaus m. sav., 63407 Lithuania. Before returning any items, please contact us by email at returns@ekvinta.com to confirm the return and provide a brief explanation of the reason for your decision. This ensures that we can process your return efficiently and assist you with any necessary instructions.

Please note that refunds apply only to the original item cost — shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because our items are one-of-a-kind and often vintage, we cannot accept returns on items that show additional wear, damage, or alterations after delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the payment to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We highly recommend using tracked or insured shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
